Yes. I support small and medium businesses remotely across the United States. Everything is handled online through secure systems.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
I work primarily in QuickBooks Online because it keeps your books organized, secure, and easy to access from anywhere. If your business uses a different platform, I’m open to learning it as long as it supports clean, consistent monthly bookkeeping.
Why don't you offer bookkeeping packages?

How do you determine the cost of bookkeeping each month?
Price is based on the actual activity and needs of your business – not present packages. I look at your transaction volume, workflow, and the level of support you need, then create a clear, fair monthly rate. This keeps your bookkeeping accurate, consistent, and aligned with how your business truly operates while saving you time and money.
Do you offer tax preparation?
I don’t file taxes as of now, but I keep your books clean and tax‑ready year‑round to save you time. I also work smoothly with your CPA or tax professional to save you money.
What is your communication style?
Clear, calm, and straightforward. Include email support, video call review, text support, phone call review support, and higher tiers include expanded or priority support.
How does remote bookkeeping work?
Remote bookkeeping is simple and secure, saving you time and money. You upload documents through a protected system, keep your bank and credit card feeds connected, and I handle the monthly bookkeeping inside QuickBooks Online. Small and medium businesses choose remote support because it’s efficient, organized, and available no matter where you’re located.
